Nowadays, most people carry a smart device that is a smart phone or a smart pad. Usually with a smart phone, we can use it as a phone, a calculator, a scheduler and even as a navigator. There are 2 types of smart device, one is an Android(http://developer.android.com/) platform and the other is as IOS(http://developer.apple.com/) platform. Application developing language is different from each other. Programmer for android has to use Javatm and one for IOS has to us Objective-C language. We make applications(App) for smart device, especially for IOS such as iPhone and iPad. One of the applications is in the form of ICT(Information and Communications Technology). With the program, we can monitor an electric power consumption of building. We can check current electric power usage, today electricity charge, electric usage pattern and so on. Another is for technical calculation applications, such as calculation for boiler efficiency, calculation for fuel heating value, boiler operation monitoring and so on.
