|초록||To analyze a feasibility of expansion for a backfire control by valve timing, back fire limit equivalence ratio was estimated with valve timing change at the same valve overlap period in naturally aspirated hydrogen-fueled engine with external mixture.
In valve overlap period 10°CA condition, a feasibility of expansion of back fire limit equivalence ratio is estimated by advanced and retard of valve timing. As the result, a feasibility of back fire control was caused by decrease of back flow duration of flame from in-cylinder to intake port.
