초록 | HC-SCR system was developing constantly in spite of low NOx reduction rate because of infrastructure is not necessity and simple system configure. Two kind of catalysts are known for the reduction of NOx with hydrocarbons, one is ZSM-5 catalyst which is active at high temperature region and Pt/Al2O3 catalyst has higher efficiency at low temperature. Both catalysts have their narrow operating temperature windows respectively and that is resulting in a limited NOx reduction efficiency of HC-SCR. In this paper, low temperature catalysts(LT) which is PGM base catalysts and high temperature catalysts (HT) which is zeolite base catalysts are used simultaneously to improve the performance of HC-SCR. At the first, each LT and HT catalysts were tested respectively with results of LT system has 25% NOx reduction rate at 230℃ and HT has 30% at 450℃. Finally, the combination of LT and HT catalysts were evaluated. Form the results, system of HT+LT was more efficient than LT+HT system. |
