초록 | To advance Nox reduction rate of SCR system, Improved urea injection systems and catalysts were known as effective methods. In addition to exhaust gas distribution and flow in exhaust pipes and catalysts are important factors. This research evaluates elements which are mixers, baffles and shapes of SCR(including canning and cone). They are closely related to exhaust gas distribution and flow in exhaust pipes and SCR. We measured exhaust emission and nano-particles according to them. NOx reduction rate of SCR is clearly different results and specially low temperature of inlet SCR. There are important factors that affect efficiency of SCR. |
