ABSTRACT	By showing classified un-authorized access, quantitative security policy and detailed counterplan,this paper describes that buffer zone network that is matched with methodological securitypolicy can be constructed. At first, we show the cycle of the above three items, and we arranged quantitative security policy of National Aerospace Laboratory; that is a premise of this report.Next, we show features on the component technologies of buffer zone network
