ABSTRACT |
A new system of a flutter emergency stopper is developed for preventing catastrophic failure of wing models when they burst into flutter during supersonic blowdown in wind tunnel tests.This system is used in the tests of flutter boundary estimation of supersonic dalta wings and is found to yield good results.The details of this system with some experimental results are described in this paper. |
