    ABSTRACT Basic system of equations of mixing and diffusion of particles, I.e, equations of motion, energy equation, continuity equation and equations of mixing of particles are derived in the rotational coordinate system, in order to analyze mixing of the molecules in the stratosphere, particularly in the mesosphere. Taking into consideration the character of the tensor of equations, the equations are given in the form of the curvilinear coordinate system, and then transformed into the spherical coordinate system.
