Digital transformation is the core issue in 4.0 industrial revolution to increase manufacturing efficiency and safety with various digital technologies. This includes artificial intelligence (AI), internet of things (IoT), 3d printing, mixed reality and metaverse to be converged into conventional manufacturing processes. Especially, AI is changing the conventional manufacturing field by applying sensors to obtain meaningful data and analyzing inefficiency factors. In this seminar, various recent research results will be shared including AI applications for digital twin, WiFi+AI technology to monitor human in mobility, AI for virtual manufacturing and tool path optimization.
